Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for time already used.
Energy
Energy is delivered to your account immediately. Spent Energy cannot be refunded. If Energy you paid for did not arrive because of a technical error, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it.
Failed generations
If a photo, live photo or message fails on our side, the Energy is returned automatically. A result you simply don't like is not a technical failure.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — we usually solve problems faster. Accounts with unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.
