Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from the account page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for time already elapsed.

Coins

Coins are a virtual currency and are non-refundable once granted. If coins were not delivered due to a technical error, contact us within 14 days and we will credit your account.

Failed AI generations

If a chat message or image generation fails on our side, the coin cost is not charged. If a generation completed but did not meet your expectations, that is not grounds for a refund.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law (e.g. EU 14-day withdrawal). If those apply and you have not consumed the service, contact billing@meetanycharacter.com.
